In/Out Motion-Activated Light/Alert System
When someone approaches your home, you'll be alerted 3 ways: twin outdoor floodlights will turn on, an indoor lamp will turn on, and an alert will sound indoors.
Outside is where you'll wall-mount the battery-operated motion detector; then hard-wire the twin floodlight fixture onto an outside wall; and plug a lamp into the light/alert module which you've plugged into any indoor household outlet. When the motion sensor detects movement within 70', in a 180° arc, it will send a wireless, radio-frequency signal to both the twin floodlight fixture and light/alert module (within 100'), turning on all 3 bulbs and sounding an alert tone from the light/alert module. It's a great idea for driveway and walkway security.
You can control length of time each light stays on after last motion detected, as well as motion-sensing distance. Choose day-and-night, or night-only, motion-detecting. Plug-in module includes controls for alert volume and manual lamp override. Selectable codes for use with other Heath/Zenith® Wireless Command™ products. Light/alert module controls up to 300 watts; floodlight fixture controls up to two 150w incandescent, or two 240w halogen, bulbs. Motion sensor requires two AA batteries (not included). UL listed.
