Needs a new delivery system
Maybe these aren't intended for use on floors, which is the only way I used them. The tip did not hold up to the rough surface of the floor grout. I think all the pens had fluid still in them, but I couldn't get them to continue dispensing, once the tip became all torn up. It's too soon to tell if the grout remains unstained, but the initial appearance was greatly improved. I just won't use it again, until the delivery system is improved. Maybe a roller ball type of pen, instead of a marker type pen. My hands and knees hurt for 2 days!!

Thrilled with the results!
Love this product!
After years of scrubbing tile grout only to be exhausted, frustrated and disappointed this product has come to the rescue!
My shower finally looks as clean as it really should.
Do follow instructions, clean with oxygenated bleach product
Prior to application and allow plenty of time. This is very detailed work.
The nibs or tips do wear-out due to the roughness of the grout
So order a couple of extra pens.
It would be great if you could order additional nibs.

Groat-Aide Marker
I have been looking for a product to clean/paint the groat for my ceramic tile floor. It took two pens to treat 20 tiles. It also took a long time to apply the product.
This product did not work to my satisfacton
