Forever Glides; For Iron (1-1/4") (Qty. 24) 4.4 5 111 111
Terrible chair glides-Not what ordered I ordered 11/4 " glides to fit into feet as described. The ones received were 11/8 and not close to what was shown.. Cost $28.58.+ $23.17 shipping. Return them. Shipping cost $23.17 so I get back $5.43 . Would never deal with this company June 28, 2014
Great product - but may have some issues on a concrete patio. This product shipped as expected and was very simple to install. The heavy patio chairs now slide quite easily. The only concern that I have is that the feet may not last all that long because in my case the patio surface is concrete and the rough concrete will probably quickly tear up or degrade the plastic feet much quicker than if the feet were used on furniture on a wooden or Trex deck. If they last the entire summer I will be very happy - and would gladly replace them each season. I give the product 5 stars. My neighbors have been using this product on a wooden deck - and so far the feet have lasted 3 years. June 27, 2014
DISGUSTED WITH YOUR PRODUCT THAT DOES NOT WORK! I purchased these Forever Glides thinking they would work on my patio chairs and table legs. They are coming off after I spent hours installing them less than a week ago. I was very careful to follow all the instructions and they were coming off from the first day. The "sticky" surface you claim is so sticky and durable is not true.i can see that they glide well...WHEN THEY STAY ON THE LEGS! I am totally disgusted with your product and product claims. Now I am out about $60, the wasted hours to install and still have to find something that screws into the legs so they move easily and create a buffer to the cool deck to prevent rusting. I received your catalog and found a few items I would like to order, but have decided against doing so. I would loved to have written a glowing review, but would not recommend this product to anyone. To small I measured very carefully and read all information carefully before ordering and these were still to small. I returned them. They arrived in a timely manner and were packaged well. June 17, 2014

Answer:
I measured the 1-1/2" glides and it appears the OD of these is about 1-3/8" so my thought is they will work but may be snug.

Answer:
My iron outdoor chair had a metal disk on the bottom of the leg that was about 1.5" inside diameter. The 1.5" glide fit with a bit of room to spare, so I think the 1.5" would work even with the 1 3/8" chair.

Answer:
You should go smaller. These are foam stickers that are sticky on both sides. They really just stick to the bottom of the chair. If it is too big, it won't be able to stick.

I'd measure again...I though thes size of the holes are standard.

the foot. Will your glides (1 1/4") fit inside the foot of my chairs?

The 1-1/4" will be too large for your 1-1/8" opening.

Can these glides be used on carpet?

Hello! I bought a kitchen table set and the chairs are metal. One of the chairs is missing the glide, can I use these on carpet? The ID of my chair is 1.22" and the OD is 1.38". Any suggestions or recommendations? Thanks so much for any help!
Julie
PS - I attached a picture of one of the feet that still has the glide and the one that does not.

Thank you for your question.
Yes, the forever glides are made to be used on any realm of surface. The 1-1/4" is the size that you should use - when determining it should be the inside diameter, most likely your chair inside diameter is 1-1/4" not 1.22". They are standard. Also you may have to change all of the glides on the chair as to not have any unevenness between the different legs and glides.
