Easy assembly. Nice simple style. Works great in the small laundry room. Folds down easy. Comes in handy when needed to fold laundry.

I love this Folding Work Station... it's exactly what I needed. I think the only CON would be the unlocking mechanism. It's rather tricky bringing the table down, but since I am leaving it up most of the time, it isn't a huge issue. Thank you "Improvements" for your speedy deliver!

We have not yet installed this item. But, I already love the room it will give me in a tight spot. It is a perfect fit where it will be needed.
