Rotating Flagpole Holder 6' 4.5 5 88 88
Excellent product! Receiving a product these days that meets or exceed expectations is rare. This one does. Very high quality. aesthetically pleasing, and functions as promised. April 14, 2014
The 3rd one I've bought I bought my original rotating flag pole and American flag 5 - 6 years ago. Really works great. The most recent 1 I bought was for a big garden flag my wife has that is always wrapping around the pole, So I ordered the rotating pole and then purchased a grommet kit at the local hardware store and now we have a garden flag that doesn't wrap. The only con I have is the nylon collar and screw - you need to be very careful when tightening them or you can strip the treads. Other wise good quality and real nice finish. Have not had any rust problems April 12, 2014
Quality Flagpole Holder & Flag Second similar holder, pole I've purchased. I display the flag 24X7 with lighting. Rotating flagpole/holder really prevents flag tangling. Very quick delivery, ease of assemly and the flag itself looks of very high quality. You will need to replace old glory periodically to prevent a tattered look caused by weather. February 19, 2014
Good Replacement for old flag pole I have been looking for a flag pole that would allow the flag to rotate and not wrap around the pole. I have seen several but very expensive. Based on reviews I purchased the longer pole which appears well made. Hope I can purchase replacement parts if needed. I would like to be able to adjust the angle of the flag so I could clear the roof edge and be able to mount it higher on the wall. But in all, very pleased with the product. February 15, 2014

Answer:
Yes, the rings that attach the flag to the pole are adjustable so I don't see why you couldn't.

Answer:
I bought the 6 foot one. I can't see a reason why the 7 footer couldn't handle a 3x5 flag.

Answer:
Yes! Certainly! The Rotating Flagpole Set includes a 2-piece flagpole with round ball top, flag ties, and hardware. Made of sturdy (1.2mm) anodized aluminum, the 6' pole (3/8"Dia.) is ideal for a 3'x5' flag; 7' pole (1"Dia.) is perfect for a 4'x6' flag.

I would advise that you keep an eye on the weather and remove the flag if high winds or inclement storms approach. I've had many flag poles through the years and no matter how they are made, the force of high winds/storms can make a flag bow the pole over breaking it.

Answer:
In looking at your picture, it appears that your flag looks like it has a "curtain pocket." I just got the rotating flagpole. The POLE itself doesn't have anything permanently attached that would prevent you from hanging your flag like in your picture. HOWEVER, the HOLDER is designed to hold the pole at a 45- degree angle. It cannot be adjusted. In looking at your picture, I think your flag would slide down. So, I think the flag needs grommets. The pole comes with 2 plastic "rings" that each have a screw in them. You slide one ring over the pole, then take off the screw, put the grommet over the hole where you just unscrewed, put the screw back on. It has to be (carefully) tightened just enough to secure it to the pole. (Careful not to strip the screw.) This holds the flag in place. The screw is tightened against the pole which keeps it from sliding down the pole. Then you do the same for the other ring/grommet.
I hope this helps. It was hard to explain (& probably too much information. lol).

Answer:
As long as the flag couldn't slide down the pole. Maybe use one of the included fasteners at the bottom of the flag and the flag fits tight. to the pole.. The pole and flag should move together..

Answer:
The mount for the 6' and 7' are the same size. The mount is 3 1/4" wide X 5 1/8" long. There are three mounting holes, two at the top and one centered at the bottom. The top holes are 2 3/8" center to center. Mounting in wood is much easier if you use a pilot hole and put a drop of dish washing soap on the tip of the screws.
