Eucalyptus Sideboard is rated 3.5 out of 5 by 36.
Rated 5 out of 5 by from Nice piece! Great quality for the price. Looks like a more expensive piece. It matches my teak patio furniture perfectly. Assembly was easy except for the hinges which gave me a problem. The only complaint I had is that the pieces should have been labeled but once I figured it out assembly was easy and I did it by myself.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from beautiful porch furniture This seems like a very sturdy and very attractive piece of furniture for our screened in porch. Hopefully it will hold up well. It is hard to find this type of cabinet for outdoors. It is exactly what I was looking for.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Worth the wait I waited many weeks to receive this item but it was relatively easy to assemble and looks great on my patio. Too early to tell about durability but it is just like the photo and the perfect buffet for parties.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from The sideboard was very easy to assemble and looks great. The sideboard was very easy to assemble and looks great. The assembly took about an hour for two people. There were two or three nicks and scratches due to packaging, but they don't show.

Has the manufacturer made improvements based on the reviews (paper sticking to finish, warped wood, etc.)?

Asked by: SuzieQueue
No, the manufacturer has not made improvements as of 9/23/16. You must drill your own holes because they will be in the wrong places. You have to remove the small pieces that go underneath the top shelf and move them to the correct position because they're in the wrong position causing the shelf to be slanted. You have to be somewhat good at woodwork and have various tools to make this sideboard. The factory needs to work on their quality control.

This indicates its an" outdoor" sideboard, however being made of eucalyptus wood how would it weather in the outdoor elements?

Asked by: Kristi23
Hi, Kristi23. Eucalyptus kept outdoors, weathers into a beautiful silver grey patina. Some people really like that color, but I don't really care for it. I just bought mine to be used in my Quilting Room, in the natural color, and it will stay that way. I ABSOLUTELY LOVE IT!!! It has tons of storage for my fabrics on the bottom, and lovely top shelf for all my notions, like canning jars of buttons and my 45lb solid oak thread carousal. It also would make an awesome red wine storage piece of indoor furniture, if you don't want that silver grey patina.
