Horrible
The quality of this product is horrible. The product arrived with many broken pieces and the stain is very uneven. It looks very cheap. We did not even take the time to assemble it so I am not sure how it feels once it is assembled.

Disappointed.....
I have never written a review on a product before. I have read many good & bad reviews. I am sorry to say I am one of the unfortunate ones & I really hate to have to write a poor review. I ordered this back on March 20th & didn't get it until after Memorial Day. That was disappointing because we always have a Memorial Day pool party. Anyway, I was told they were sorry for the delays & since this was such a popular items it was back ordered & i would not be disappointed. They could not keep up with the orders because of its popularity per customer service.
So true, the lounger looked like it had been freshly stained & placed in the box. Some pieces were not stained evenly. There were many pieces where the wood was damaged. It was poorly constructed & we had to drill additional holes to get parts to fit properly. Overall, just was not worth the long wait or the money.

double chaise
I was looking for a chaise with multiple positions as to create many sitting options for our outdoor space. This will be perfect. Cushions are due to arrive latter this week. I just hope this eucalyptus wood will indeed weather well!

I am looking at getting the 2 double chaise loungers and two single however in the picture the wood on the double appears dark and the singles look a lighter redder wood. I would need the woods to match?

Thank you for your question.Both the Improvements single and double chaise loungers have the same wood. They are both made of Eucalyptus wood and the finish is an espresso stain. There may be varying degrees of saturation of the stain due to the natural wood grain, however these have the same wood and the same stain. Improvements customers have purchased these two items together. Thank you.
