Either our downspouts are to large or this product is undersized. Unable to install so am returning it. The design & concept are great but doesn't seem to be a one-size-fits-all product. Thanks anyway.

Installed product as instructed. Most did not roll out when raining. Water back up in drain tile. Adjusted position. Still no results. Neighbors watched for results also. They reported that only one worked. The remainder remained rolled during a storm. The plastic roll stuck together causing unrolling near impossible. We purchased these to help avoid loss of mulch during rain. This was not the case. Such a total disappointment! Not to mention a total waste of money and time!!!!!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

This was impossible to install by myself . I got some help to install it and then the first time it rained the water just squirted out from around the collar. The next rain was very heavy and it just blew it off. It did not unroll as advertised. It would cost more than it's worth to return it so I just threw it in the trash. I had this item before that I bought at Home Depot and it was easy to install and lasted about 15 years. Too bad they don't have it at the store anymore. I would have given this 0 stars if that had been an option.
