At Improvements, we're committed to providing products that perform as promised. If you're not happy with your purchase for any reason, let us know and we'll make it right. How to Return or Exchange an Item
To return an item, simply fill out the Exchange/Return form printed on the back of the packing slip enclosed with your package. Then return that form to us, along with your item(s), by either using the UPS return label included (fee will be deducted from your refund/exchange), or using the carrier of your choice. If you no longer have your packing slip, please contact Customer Service at 1-800-634-9484.
EASY RETURNS
If your purchase qualifies for an easy return, a return label has been provided with your shipment. Simply follow these easy steps:
- Complete the exchange/return section on the reverse side of your packing slip and include it with the items you are sending back.
- Affix the UPS return label (located on the front of the pack slip) over the original shipping label on your package and reseal it for shipment. Retain the UPS/ARS tracking number for your records.
- Drop the package with a UPS driver or UPS Store.
If you are returning merchandise for a refund or exchanging an item, the fee for using this label is $8.95, which will be deducted from your total refund. If you are returning an item because it is damaged or defective, there will be NO CHARGE for using the label. If you prefer, you may use the standard return label on the packing slip and pay for your own shipping via the carrier of your choice.

Currently, return labels are not sent for items that ship directly from the manufacturer, items that weigh greater than 50 lbs., or items that require Truck or In-Home return service.

I purchased 2 round table covers. They fit perfectly on my tables. The only thing that would make my purchase better ~ I was realy hoping for white. I bought the marble. I thought it was lighter than any other pattern. The 2 table I'll use these on ~ I use linen table cloths. They look fine!!!

I ordered a round and oval table cloth. The quailty of the merchandise was definitely very poor with thin plastic covering and backing. It takes two people to put on a table. I loved the colors ofered it's just too bad the quality is so poor. I returned the oval one and kept the round to use outside on an old picnic table for the grand kids.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I love this table cover! I had been searching everywhere for a fitted oblong table cover. It was a long search. I've had mine almost a year it is great! No slipping and sliding. I have an 8 year old who likes to use the table as a racetrack. No more constantly adjusting. I love this table cover so much, I just gave one as a gift. The print is true to the picture. I am considering getting another just to change the look. I would highly recommend this product! It positivley stays put. Well worth the money!

The standard size fits my table, without the leaf in, perfectly. However, the large size table cover, when the leaf is in, is about an inch too short.
I ordered this product (large custom fit table cover) about 5 or 6 years years ago. It. That product was excellent quality and durability. So I reordered the same large custom fit table cover once again.
I was very disappointed that this new one didn't fit like the last one. The quality is no where near the last table cover, and worse of it it was an inch too short. Now I my table didn't grow. They are making this product smaller or they have changed vendors or they are using a different measurement. I don't know what happened but I am extremely disappointed that it doesn't fit and the improvement catalog does not have the next size up.
I would recommend this to a friend!
