How to Return or Exchange an Item
To return an item, simply fill out the Exchange/Return form printed on the back of the packing slip enclosed with your package. Then return that form to us, along with your item(s), by either using the UPS return label included (fee will be deducted from your refund/exchange), or using the carrier of your choice. If you no longer have your packing slip, please contact Customer Service at 1-800-634-9484.
EASY RETURNS
If your purchase qualifies for an easy return, a return label has been provided with your shipment. Simply follow these easy steps:
- Complete the exchange/return section on the reverse side of your packing slip and include it with the items you are sending back.
- Affix the UPS return label (located on the front of the pack slip) over the original shipping label on your package and reseal it for shipment. Retain the UPS/ARS tracking number for your records.
- Drop the package with a UPS driver or UPS Store.
If you are returning merchandise for a refund or exchanging an item, the fee for using this label is $8.95, which will be deducted from your total refund. If you are returning an item because it is damaged or defective, there will be NO CHARGE for using the label. If you prefer, you may use the standard return label on the packing slip and pay for your own shipping via the carrier of your choice.

Currently, return labels are not sent for items that ship directly from the manufacturer, items that weigh greater than 50 lbs., or items that require Truck or In-Home return service.

The one-piece Create-A-King® Twin Bed Connector belt system slips over and along the sides of two twin mattresses (75" to 80" long), securing them together while eliminating the uncomfortable separation between the beds. Ideal for your own bedroom...when you join your twin beds together, you get a huge king bed without a huge investment. Or use this twin doubler in the spare room; your guests won't even know that it's really two twin beds joined together, because they'll never feel that annoying "crack" between the beds.
With the Create-A-King Twin Bed Connector, you can convert twin beds to a king bed in just a few minutes. Just cover the joined beds with a king-size mattress pad and sheet, and enjoy king-size luxury. The adjustable snap-shut buckle prevents separation and seamlessly joins the twin beds together. Luxurious sheepskin-like material on the 8"-wide center strip is polyester/acrylic, washable and non-allergenic.

I bought this for our vacation rental to offer guests the ability to have one king instead of two twin beds. It works as advertised & makes the king bed a fairly easy option. One thing to be sure of though is that the extra belt length is on the outside after you put it on the bed. Ours came with the extra on the inside which allowed the whole thing to loosen up after pulling taut on our first use. If this happens to you, just re-pull through the end opposite the buckle to correct. Works perfect!

Ordered this handy item for use during the holidays. Married children returned home to celebrate with us and I needed to modify sleeping arrangements. They were pleasantly surprised and slept very well. Next round of visitors currently very comfortable and sleeping well. I am so happy that I didn't have to buy another bed! The college dorm mattresses were put to use, and money was saved.

Even though we haven't used it yet, it looks like it is what we thought we were ordering. We plan to attach it this weekend to see if it works. Then it will be several more weeks until it is actually tried out.

I was unsure when purchasing this product but am pleased with the end result. I would recommend using a king mattress pad with this product.
