this was guaranteed to grown in 10 days, however, mine grass begin sprouting in 7 days. Very pleased with the results, Also, sharing this with my friends.

Lost patches of lawn due to fungus. Used this seed to overseed dead areas after treating the fungus.
I would recommend this to a friend!
