Bay Window Rod
Received the rods & not all of the parts to assemble it were there. Called customer service & they were very nice about helping me. I do think your company should have been able to send me the missing parts instead of having to box up the entire package to return. Too, your company should definitely sell the matching rings to the rod instead of having your customer buy it elsewhere.

Beautiful, and great quality!
I had never seen a bay window curtain rod before until I came across it on this website. It was exactly what I needed, for much less money than any other solution I would have come up with. The product is beautiful, good quality, and was easy to install.

Be aware of scratches on a white rod
I needed to return white bay window rod due to a poor finish. The paint was scratched off everywhere. Customer service was good. They guided me through an exchange process. 2 weeks later (you need to send an original rod back and only after they receive it, they send you a new one) I got a new one with the very same problem. When I called customer service, I asked them to inspect the rod they are going to send me. Theys said if I get a defective rod, then they will inspect the shipment. So I decided to keep the second one to avoid even longer waiting time, bought a matching paint and put curtains on which nicely cover all the imperfection. Bad, bad quality of a finish!

With the position of the 4 brackets, am I right to assume the curtains will not be able to slide past them? I would want to be able to push the curtains into the corner without a gap where the connector is. Curtains would have grommets.

You are right, the center bracket will block curtain sliding past them. We just installed these rods holding floor length, insulated curtains and did not add the center holding bracket because we wanted to slide the curtains open to use our patio door and to let sunlight in. The rods aren't sagging at all, they are sturdy enough to hold our curtains without center bracket. We installed single rods and insulated tab top curtains, working out well.7 months ago

The rod set is designed to attach to the wall at six places. The two end attchements would not have a problem being attched to the ceiling, but the 4 support brackets would likely be a problem, unless you came up with a solution yourself, snce the rods would likely slide out of the holding craddle. Also, all of the support points do adjust for length, but they are used to help get the angles correct. If you mount this on the ceiling, you wouldn't have the ability to correct for the angles, so you would definetly need to "dry fit" and measure/mark your mount points precisely.Age: 35-44

Can the side rods be shortened to less than 20" using appropriate metal cutting tools?
