AirFlow Breeze Ultra Register Booster Fan 3.6 5 17 17
This product works and looks great. This seems to be the most economical solution to our problem of poor ventilation in our guest room. February 3, 2014
Boosts airflow to bedroom My BR is the farthest point from the furnace and cold in winter, warm in summer. Needed a way to boost the airflow. This provides just the answer. It equalizes the temp. Only drawback is that the fan can be loud in high mode. This is easier to adjust to vs. the cold temp. January 24, 2014
It actually works We bought this fan to help with a room in our Florida condo that was the last room on an central air conditioning vent run. The room is our master bedroom. The room never got the air flow of any other room, so it was always warmer then the rest of the condo. We had it hard wired into the vent that supplied the room and it immediately improved the situation. You can hear the fan click on when it starts to work but it is not loud enough to create sleeping problems. It's not perfect, but now it's completely livable. I am buying an additional one now, three years later, in case it eventually stops working. So far, so good. December 8, 2013
Didn't work for us, but might for you This unit would not fit in our register without cutting the edges, so we made a tight plastic seal around it to test it before use. Unfortunately, even with the fan on high for hours the temperature of the room did not improve. I believe this is because we had already adjusted the dampers to get maximal airflow to the room, and the problem is more related to heat-loss from the windows. I noted the fan is medium noisy when adjusted to the highest setting. We will be returning it. November 10, 2013

The regular Airflow breeze unit fits into my register which only measures approx. 4 X 12. It has about 2 inches of overlap, just wondered if the 6 X 12 on the Ultra unit includes the same type of overlap, or if that is an inside dimension?
Thanks
