At Improvements, we're committed to providing products that perform as promised. If you're not happy with your purchase for any reason, let us know and we'll make it right. How to Return or Exchange an Item
To return an item, simply fill out the Exchange/Return form printed on the back of the packing slip enclosed with your package. Then return that form to us, along with your item(s), by either using the UPS return label included (fee will be deducted from your refund/exchange), or using the carrier of your choice. If you no longer have your packing slip, please contact Customer Service at 1-800-634-9484.
EASY RETURNS
If your purchase qualifies for an easy return, a return label has been provided with your shipment. Simply follow these easy steps:
- Complete the exchange/return section on the reverse side of your packing slip and include it with the items you are sending back.
- Affix the UPS return label (located on the front of the pack slip) over the original shipping label on your package and reseal it for shipment. Retain the UPS/ARS tracking number for your records.
- Drop the package with a UPS driver or UPS Store.
If you are returning merchandise for a refund or exchanging an item, the fee for using this label is $8.95, which will be deducted from your total refund. If you are returning an item because it is damaged or defective, there will be NO CHARGE for using the label. If you prefer, you may use the standard return label on the packing slip and pay for your own shipping via the carrier of your choice.

Currently, return labels are not sent for items that ship directly from the manufacturer, items that weigh greater than 50 lbs., or items that require Truck or In-Home return service.

Our improved clear Acrylic Cutting Board has 4 rubber feet at the corners to help hold it in place. You'll appreciate having this Acrylic Cutting Board ready to use whenever there's slicing or chopping to be done. Designed of clear acrylic so it nearly seems to disappear, the cutting board can be left in place to protect your expensive countertop. We added 4 rubber feet at the corners to hold the Acrylic Cutting Board securely in place, for easier chopping and cutting. Plus we decreased the depth of the full-width lip for a better fit over the edge of your counter, to help prevent sliding.
Our Acrylic Cutting Board won't take away from your countertop treatment, and is durable enough for cutting bread, chopping vegetables, dicing cheese, and much more. I've discovered a new hobby in cooking and bought your largest cutting board to get me started. I keep it up all the time and use it at least 2x a day. It's great, sturdy and good lookin'! Give them a try; I think you'll enjoy the chore of chopping as much as I do now!

I bought this for my new granite counter top ,to help keep it looking brand new. I liked it so much ,I bought another. It doesn't cover up the look of the granite ,just protects it.. I don't cut on it directly, I used a cutting board on top. I use it under anyting that could scratch the counter.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I'm impressed by the promptness of delivery, and the quality of this product. We have been using a smaller version of this for about 5 years, but this one is better made and larger. We're very pleased - already recommended it to all three daughters and two daughters-in-law. A great and usable kitchen accessory. Good service and communication from Improvements, too!

Had my old board for years, unfortunately I dropped my heavy mixer on it and cracked it, I was thrilled to find the boards were still available. I live in a fifth wheel and this is so easy to clean and save my counter without hiding its beauty.
