Better than Photo
The overall quality and appearance of the gold and white tree is much better than the photo and is very attractive. We did a dry run when it arrived and it looked great. Putting up the tree just became a fun, less time consuming event instead of a chore. Instant Christmas! Taking it down is even easier and it requires minimum storage space.

This was a great choice for us
So have you been looking at this tree for 2 years wondering if you should order it? Me too. And I'm happy I did (especially at the sale price).
If you desire a full size tree but are busy, have limited space, or find it physically difficult to manage a traditional tree, this is a good option.
Hubby was scoffing at the idea of this tree until it arrived the other day. (I ordered the red plaid). He helped me pop it up, still sitting in its box, in about 5 minutes time. Plugged it in; all the lights worked and all ornaments were intact. He went from scoffing to admiring.
It is a pretty tree, even without any fluffing, adjusting, or additional ornaments. It clearly is a spiral shape and will not trick anyone into thinking it is real. But with all of today's options for "non-traditional" trees this one is a very attractive choice for those of us who are willing to try a new style of tree but who still like a traditional vibe.
I'm excited to set it up next year and go about personalizing it with my own ornaments. You can see thru to the pole when the lights are lit, but I'll fix that with a simple skirting of dark green tulle wrapped around the pole.

Pull up tree very nice
My wife and I purchased this tree just after Christmas. We got a excellent price and after trying to put it together to look at it we found it very easy to put up and quite attractive. We will be glad to display it in our home on Christmas.

Make sure the light cords are connected, I noticed that one cord powers the top lights and one powers the lower lights; they should be connected together. This cord is about a foot above the lowest part of the actual tree (not the stand).Age: 25-34

I had the same problem with the bottom lights on mine. I called customer service, they told me to check under the tree to make sure the connections were secure, I did and they were, so they sent me out a new tree overnight, and a return shipping label and I took it to a UPS shipping store, and returned it, no problem.Age: Over 65

There are several strands of lights that are plugged in to each other. Mine appear to be taped together with green tape. Perhaps the top strand has become disconnected. Take a flashlight and see if you can find a loose plug. Otherwise, I would return it for an exchange.Age: 55-65

The tree comes fully decorated, have not counted the items, however it has lots of decorations. It comes with a stand and is topped with a bow full of streaming ribbons.. If you wanted, you could add an angel, however, I like mine the way it is; you could add some of your own decorations, however, I like the tree the way it is. Lots of lights and has ribbon streamers going down the tree and plenty of other decorations. Reminds me of some of the trees that you see in department stores.Age: 25-34
