Incomplete wood stain.
The product was delayed twice in delivery, for which Improvements apologized and explained that they could not control their supplier. When it did arrive, it was damp and the stain was incomplete. A very big disappointment.
It's not just the product I would not recommend, it's also Improvements' quality control that is not up to par.
I did not rate the performance/durability as we have only had it a week.

Attractive and fits my needs, but cracked in many places
I am having an important event in my backyard and needed something to camouflage my two air conditioner units which sit outside next to the house. I liked this privacy screen on the internet because it was attractive and was made of real wood. It's also long enough to cover both units. It arrived in a timely manner and seems sturdy, but unfortunately it is cracked in several places (mostly where there are small nails holding it together). Since my event is coming up soon, I don't have time to return it and find another one. I was able to remove most of the cracked pieces and stain it where needed, and it still looks good, just a little more rustic. It's only been in my yard for a few days, and hopefully it will hold up so I don't have to replace it.

hiding the Pool Equipment
I actually would of preferred the ones that are Resin Material but they weren't the color I was looking for, The Natural Wood Color goes much better with our backyard pool area. My son installed in less than 30 minutes, adhered it to wood posts that were already there. My only concern is the Wood deteriorating from this HOT Las Vegas sun.But this is so much nicer that what we had to hide the pool equipment.I gave the rating of AVERAGE for performance because I am not sure how it will hold up to the weather as opposed to the Resin Products.

Very nice looking screen
I needed a screen to block my pool equipment from view. I did not like the plastic screens that are in the stores. This screen is very attractive and was easy to install. I had a problem with one of the panels (the wood had a big split on one side). The customer service was great and replaced the part no problem.
