2-in-1 Bug Zapper & Porch Light is rated 3.5 out of 5 by 4.
Rated 5 out of 5 by from Pricey but it works After removing every other plastic "rib" to allow larger insects access the bulb works perfectly. Using a dry paint brush to remove dead insects. Good bright light.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Worth the money Works in nearly all of our outside lights, the clever on/off/on feature for late night zapping is perfect. I will definitely be telling others about this product.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Might work better in a larger light fixture.... I have mine in a light fixture on my front porch that is very similar to the one in the picture...I have not seen any "bodies" stuck to the bug zapper, but I haven't seen as many moths or "June bugs" as we have had in the past. I do like the blue glow it gives off...so I plan to keep it & use it for summer time only due to the expense of the bulb...I'd buy another when this ones burns out. I've had mine installed for about a month now...Hope this helps...

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Light too bright for deck Sadly, I need to return these bulbs because they are too big for my fixtures and the bulb sticks out of the bottom. The light itself is very bright. Not good for a small space where you're looking to create a soft light ambiance. I love the idea of this but the light needs to be softer.

where is the on and off switch?

Asked by: bobbiej
Thank you for your question. The on/off switch for the 2-in-1 Bug Zapper Porch Light is your on/off switch for the fixture. Turn it on once and the light goes on. Turn it on for a second time and the bug zapper will come on in addition to the light.

How do I get this light to work. I read about an on and off switch, I don't see it. Instructions are not helpful.
